Deliveries

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the item(s).

The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are determined according to the place and delivery method chosen by the Customer at the time of validation of his Order. These Delivery costs will be mentioned before making the payment.

Deliveries are made by the Bpost and Mondial Relay service and are therefore added to the prices of the items invoiced.

When Kēlb takes care of the delivery of the article, the risk of loss or deterioration of the article is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.

The customer will be informed of any delay in delivery of which Kēlb has knowledge and his order will be delivered to the address communicated during the purchase.

Shipments of multiple items ordered at the same time may be split based on item availability.

It is up to the Customer to provide the exact and complete information necessary for the proper delivery of his Order and for the perfect Delivery (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

If it is impossible to make the Delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer's failure to collect his Order from the selected collection point, the Customer must repay the shipping costs for a new shipment.

Upon delivery, take the time to observe the condition of the package and the goods to take specific reservations to be mentioned imperatively on the transport voucher countersigned by the driver. Do not sign a transport order without having checked the condition of the goods. Acceptance of the delivery, without precise and reasoned written reservation at the time of delivery, is equivalent to acceptance of the goods as they are, and will not allow any subsequent complaint. In the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged or open package, etc.), you must file a complaint with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, a copy of which will be sent to Kelb. If you are present during the delivery, you must indicate to the delivery person the reservations you have. These routing problems are to be solved in priority with the carrier, Kēlb cannot be held responsible for them. Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to us. 

You cannot claim compensation in the event of late delivery by the carrier. In addition, in the event of an anomaly upon receipt (damaged or open package, etc.), you must file a complaint with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, a copy of which will be sent to Kēlb . If you are present during the delivery, you must indicate to the delivery person the reservations you have.
