How do I exchange my order?
Did you get the wrong size or model? Don't panic :-) Contact our customer service by email: hello@kelbdogs.com to proceed with an exchange. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer as well as any costs related to a change of sizes. No refund will be considered without a return label or packaging. You have a period of 7 days to make the return shipment.
What if the product received does not meet my expectations?
As each Kēlb product is handmade, your item may not exactly match the photos on the site. It's the magic of craftsmanship and it makes your product unique.
If, however, the product does not meet your expectations at all, you can exchange the product by first contacting our customer service by email: hello@kelbdogs.com
What are the delivery times?
The deadlines are between 4/5 working days for Belgium and 7/8 days for the international. All packages are sent with a tracking number which will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation email. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination.
How do I find the perfect size for my dog?
You will find our size guide in the main menu, in the "What size for my dog?" tab. In addition, the details of the sizes are included in the description of each product.
Are Kēlb collars strong?
Kēlb collars are made of genuine leather. Leatherwork is one of the greatest specialties of Moroccan craftsmanship and the ancestral method by which animal skins are transformed into soft leather is unique. Thus, Moroccan leather is distinguished above all by the quality of its texture and its lasting shine. The leather is tanned by hand and the advantage of tanned leather is its elasticity, high resistance and great durability and thickness.
The Berber carpet that decorates the necklace is also a specialty of Moroccan craftsmanship. The noble natural wool of Berber rugs gives them extreme resistance to dirt and wear.
As you will have understood, Kēlb collars are extremely solid and resistant to heat, friction, wear and bad weather... In short, to the life of our dogs ;-)
